Yin &
Assisted Support

Candlelight Yin is moving to Mondays. 3 sessions across the second half of the year — book one, two, or all three at a saving.

Each session opens with a slow flow to warm the body before settling into long-held yin shapes — longer holds, more stillness, with optional hands-on support throughout to keep us grounded to close out the year.

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga Teacher

Melbourne-based yoga instructor, Graphic Designer, and culinary storyteller with a deep passion for holistic living and creative expression.

Holly leads inclusive Vinyasa and Yin classes focused on accessible, breath-led movement, mindfulness, and deep restoration. Deeply drawn to the intelligence of the breath, she guides students beyond the physical, illuminating the profound wisdom held within kumbhaka (the space between breaths) and the vayus (the directional flows of prana) as pathways to deeper self-awareness. Her warm, genuine and welcoming teaching style ensures every student feels supported.

An expat from Québec, Canada, who has called Australia home for over 20 years, Holly holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and draws on her bilingual roots and multicultural perspective to bring a richness and depth to her classes that crosses cultures. A self-confessed tech enthusiast, she brings a curiosity and depth of thought to everything she does. With over 15 years as a freelance Graphic Designer, she channels that same creative vision into making yoga accessible to all, knowing firsthand the profound difference it can make.
